The 53-acre Midlothian Towne Crossing development is anchored by Kroger Marketplace and has already secured leases with Ulta, Jo-Ann, Petco, Panda Express, Famous Footwear, Ross, Burke’s and Chick-fil-A. Additional tenant announcements are pending.
