Dessert willow battery storage

The Desert Willow Battery Storage project is a lithium-ion battery facility developed by esVolta to support the ERCOT power grid. Now nearing completion the project aims to enhance grid reliability and facilitate renewable energy integration.

Gerdau finishing facility

Gerdau’s latest expansion is a 35,000 square foot finishing facility located on the west side of Highway 67. Once operational, the facility will make structural posts for large solar projects across the United States.

Main Street towne crossing

Construction is progressing at Main Street Towne Crossing with walls now going up for the new Lowe’s Home Improvement store. The project, which broke ground earlier this year, is moving quickly toward its expected 2025 opening.

CarMax auctions

CarMax is constructing a new Auction facility at 4100 Power Way, which is now almost complete. The 148,000-square-foot facility will serve as a hub for vehicle auctions, and sales.
