Supporting Local Businesses Through the MED Promotional Grant
Midlothian Economic Development (MED) is excited to announce the MED Promotional Grant, a new program designed to help local businesses promote their offerings and attract more customers to the city. Through this program, eligible businesses—including non-profits—can receive up to $5,000 in advertising expenses through a 50/50 match at the completion of the advertising campaign.

Quality Tube Signs Economic Development Performance Agreement
Gerdau finishing facility
Gerdau’s latest expansion is a 35,000 square foot finishing facility located on the west side of Highway 67. Once operational, the facility will make structural posts for large solar projects across the United States.
Empowering Growth Through Business Expansion Training
Local businesses recently participated in MED’s free four-week training program, designed to help them expand their operations and leverage local incentives. The course covered:

- Strengthening organizational structures
- Optimizing daily operations
- Executing expansion plans
