Current RFP'S

Midlothian Economic Development (“MED”) is seeking proposals from qualified videographers or video production firms to produce a series of six (6) short-form, product highlight and interview-style videos for the Midlothian Business Pitch Competition (“Pitch Event”).

Each video will feature a participating business and will be approximately 60-90 seconds in length. These videos will be used to highlight the finalists and their businesses, supporting promotion of the Pitch Event across digital platforms and at the live finals event.

MED favors local vendors with experience in product highlight and interview-style storytelling, small business marketing content, and fast-turnaround production schedules. Vendors must provide examples of past work demonstrating similar video projects.

Time is of the essence. The selected vendor must complete filming and editing of all six (6) videos within the project window of four weeks from August 10 through September 6.
